Flag football is a non-contact version of American football. Instead of blocking and tackling, players stop ball carriers by pulling a flag hanging from their belt. The game is faster, safer, and more accessible for all ages and skill levels.

No! We welcome players of all levels – from complete beginners to experienced veterans. Our training program is designed to develop every player regardless of their starting point.

We train 4 times per week, including technical drills, tactical preparation, and conditioning workouts. Attendance is flexible based on player level and personal commitments.
